Shipping & Delivery
How we ship
Every order ships from our Spring Lake studio by FedEx, fully insured, with a signature required at delivery. Your piece travels in its Sea & Sky packaging inside a plain outer box, with nothing on the outside to say what is inside.
When it ships
Orders ship within one to two business days. Pieces marked “Ships in 2 to 4 weeks” are ordered in for you and ship within 2 to 4 weeks of your order. As soon as your piece is on its way, we will email you a FedEx tracking number.
Shipping in the U.S.
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $70. Express shipping is $15. Your options and delivery estimate are shown at checkout.
Signing for your piece
FedEx needs a signature from someone at the delivery address, so packages are never left at the door. If no one is home, FedEx will leave a notice and try again. You can also use FedEx Delivery Manager to have the package held at a nearby FedEx location and pick it up with a photo ID. If you will be away, shipping to your office is often easiest. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
International orders
We ship to select countries, shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. For anything not listed, write to us and we will do our best to help.
